Comments or Questions

The Palo Alto College Comments and Questions form is a part of the Continuous Feedback Model (CFM). The CFM is a process for in-person and written feedback and response that allows for improvement and alignment with our mission, vision, values and strategic directions. 

An executive summary of feedback received is provided to the College Leadership Team, comprised of the president, vice presidents, academic chairs, directors, coordinators, Faculty Senate, Staff Senate, and Student Government Association. This summary ensures that all concerns are addressed, highlights are shared, and allows for the identification of systematic challenges.

All submissions will be responded to within two business days.
